Widths, heights, and crop boxes are reported in PDF points, with 72 points per inch. Rotation is reported separately. These properties describe the file, not its calibrated drawing scale.
Does inspecting a PDF validate accessibility or signatures?
No. The report describes document properties and standard form fields. It does not certify accessibility, PDF/A compliance, signature validity, or measurement accuracy.
